Some think bbw stands for big black woman. Others think bbw stands for big breasted woman. Still others think bbw means big buxom woman or even big busted woman. In actuality, the consensus for the term bbw in the plus size community is the generalized abbreviation for Big Beautiful Woman.
This definition may seem on the surface to be simplistic but to a plus size woman this isn't always necessarily so. The term bbw is very vague. I receive many questions from plus size women on my bbw dating website, asking, am I a bbw?
